Offshore Wind Farm Maintenance

Arklow Marine Services also work on special contracts such as Wind Farm maintenance and also maintaining the vessels serving the wind farm. On the wind farm located on the Arklow coast Arklow Marine Services provided transport to the crew installing the wind farms.

Since the wind farm was installed Arklow Marine Services continue to provide maintenance contract services and we travel out to the wind farm turbines providing ongoing maintenance and support.
We have also provided personnel for Wind Farms in Spain.

To enable us to gain access to the wind farms we travel out in a mid sized catamaran and from there we transfer to the towers and gain access to nachelle at the top of the tower where we can carry out any maintenance requirements all the time using safety equipment to climb up into the main bulk head.
